5. Prohibited Items and Activities

5.1 Weapons and Dangerous Materials

Prohibited items include:

• Firearms and components (including BB guns, pellet guns, stun guns)
• Ammunition and reloading materials
• Explosives, fireworks, and hazardous materials
• Military items subject to restrictions

5.2 Illegal and Adult Content

• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Content related to prostitution or trafficking
• Content involving exploitation or endangerment
• Offensive, obscene, or threatening material

5.3 Regulated Items

• Prescription drugs and controlled substances
• Alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis products
• Government benefits and assistance items
• Official documents and identification
• Gambling items and lottery tickets
• Non-transferable tickets or gift cards
• Counterfeit or replica items

5.4 Animals and Wildlife

• Pet sales (except rehoming with small adoption fee)
• Animal parts and breeding services
• Endangered species products

5.5 Unsafe or Recalled Items

• Recalled products
• Body parts or fluids
• Unsanitized bedding or clothing
• Unpackaged food/cosmetics

6. Content and Listings

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, store, and share it as needed to provide the Service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

7. Transactions

NeighborGoodz Network Inc. / Réseau NeighborGoodz Inc.:

• Is not a party to transactions between users
• Does not handle payments between users
• Makes no warranties about items listed
• Is not responsible for transaction disputes

8. Intellectual Property

You agree to respect intellectual property rights and not post content that infringes on others' rights. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NeighborGoodz Network Inc. / Réseau NeighborGoodz Inc. is not liable for:

• User conduct or content
• Transaction disputes between users
• Loss or damage from using the Service
• Service interruptions or data loss

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
